Up or down for US soya bean export volumes?

The latest analysis by shipping association Bimco shows that, on one hand, soya bean exports to China in H1 2019 were up 10.9% compared with H1 2018, while on the other, exports to China in the 2018/2019 marketing year were down 68.7%
