…but bulk costs are questioned

Coal of Africa Ltd (CoAL) has called for a national debate on how to reduce the cost of transporting bulk commodities in South Africa. The mining company is currently ramping up production on its Vele and Makhado projects to 6.8 Mtpa, but CEO David Brown is unhappy at rail tariffs in the country.
