Gold Valley exports first shipment of iron ore from Port of Esperance
NewsSouthern Ports and Gold Valley marked a milestone as MV Sifnos departed the Port of Esperance with 78,000t of iron ore.
North American Great Lakes see red
StandardTrade on the North American Great Lakes has again been disappointing this year, but there is hope on the horizon that China and perhaps Russia might boost trade. In mid-November the first train load of Great Lakes-mined ore pellets arrived at the Port of Prince Rupert, BC for onward shipment to China.
