Frontier Coal to start Colombian port construction
StandardConstruction is due to start in the second half of this year on a new 5 mtpa deep water port on the Caribbean coast of Columbia along with an associated river port. Its backers are the local coal company, Frontier Coal, and an unnamed partner.
