Walvis Bay expansion

The Namibia Ports Authority (NamPort) has unveiled plans to expand capacity at the country’s main port, Walvis Bay. The company’s investment programme covers infrastructural improvements from 2008-12 and includes a new combined bulk and break bulk terminal, although it has yet to put a figure on projected handling capacity.
