POSCO angles for dedicated port

In a move that is certain to annoy the Indian government, Pohang Steel Company (POSCO) of South Korea, which is building a steel plant in the eastern Indian state of Orissa at a cost of US$12B, has formally submitted a plan to develop its own captive port for the facility.
