Bulk reshuffle in Italian ports

Shipping and trading entrepreneur Antonio Barone has acquired total control of Terminal Rinfuse Italia (TRI), which operates dry bulk terminals in Savona Vado, Genoa and Venice (Venice proper and Marghera). Barone previously owned 52 per cent of TRI but has now paid €30 mill for the 48 per cent stake held by Janua Marittima.
