Following the UK govern ment’s overthrow of planning consent for the Dibden Bay container terminal, Associated British Ports (ABP) has stated that it will focus more atten tion on its Humber activities and, in particular, the devel opment of the second phase of its Humber International Terminal (HIT) project.
