New Arctic coal port for Russia
StandardNorth Star (NS), a Norilsk-based subsidiary of the Moscow-headquartered investment firm AEON Corporation, has started construction of Yenisei Port, a new Russian Arctic port at the mouth of the Yenisei River, some 90 km south of the existing Kara Sea harbour of Dikson.
