Rio Tinto completes Simandou JV with Chalco

Rio Tinto and Chinalco’s listed subsidiary, Chalco, have completed the formation of their joint venture (JV) to develop and operate the Simandou iron ore project in Guinea, following the completion of all Chinese regulatory approvals.
