Bedeschi will supply four new eco-hoppers to Ghana’s Port of Takoradi, following their 2023 delivery of a tailor-made plant enhancing terminal management.

The system will receive limestone lumps of max. 600mm and will give as output limestone lumps <50 mm.

The system is controlled by multiple leveling sensors to monitor the quantity of coal in the hoppers and optimize the blending performances.

Ghana’s Takoradi Port has received the biggest bulk ship ever to call the port since its construction nearly a century ago.
