ContiTech acquires Roulunds

Germany-based ContiTech Conveyor Belt Group has acquired the conveyor belt operations of the Danish company Roulunds Tech A/S, subject to the approval of regulatory authorities. Roulunds Tech was part of the Roulunds Rubber group, part of the AP Moller-Maersk Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
