Demand for cement could drive new terminal investment boom

Harwich International Port (HIP) in the UK, part of Hutchison Port Holdings, has signed a new 15-year contract with Derby Cement Ltd (DCL) to import cement into the UK through a new, purposebuilt 4800 m2 terminal, which will be built at the eastern end of the port, adjoining the proposed Bathside Bay development.
