EU ‘conditional’ nod for Finnish firms’ merger

Orders cascade in
StandardShortly after entering into an agreement earlier this year with Cleveland Potash of the UK to manufacture and sell the Cleveland Cascade chute in North and South America and to buy all patent rights to the design in these areas (see Bulk Materials International March/April 2001 (p24), PEBCO Inc delivered a Mark III Cleveland Cascade loading chute with a movable trolley system to the CEMEX/Kosmosdale Cement facility in Louisville, Kentucky.
