Lonrho invests in Luba

British company Lonrho has bought a 63% stake in Luba Freeport Ltd, which has a 25 year contract to develop and manage a new oil sector services port on the Equatorial Guinean island of Bioko.The remaining equity in the company will be retained by the government.
