New facilities for emerging SA manganese miners

South African transport utility Transnet has concluded its Manganese Export Capacity Allocation (MECA) III programme to provide manganese transport capacity for emerging miners, while Kalagadi Manganese Resources has already agreed to allow the newcomers to use its manganese handling facilities.
