Ukrainian grain arrivals surge 123% at Port of Valencia
NewsGrain and cereal arrivals from Ukraine at the Port of Valencia increased by 123% in the first half of 2024, signalling a recovery from war-related disruptions.
Management at the port of Riga believes the grain trades offer it tremendous growth opportunities. Statistics recently released by the port authority suggest they are right, with over 1.1 Mt of grain handled at the port in the first nine months of 2018. This was up more than 30% on the corresponding period of 2017.
