L & L Energy signs commitment document with major Chinese port
NewsL & L Energy, a U.S.-based company with coal mining and distribution businesses in China, has entered into a commitment document with Zhanjiang Port Co. Ltd, the largest public port inside the Zhanjiang Harbour, to conduct a feasibility study working towards establishing a large coal blending and distribution centre inside the harbour.
