Expanded Oshawa grain terminal welcomes first test shipments
NewsThe Port of Oshawa Grain Export Terminal has received its first test shipments after expansion, increasing storage to 20,000mt and loading speed to 12,000mt/day.
What is claimed to be the world’s first rough terrain straddle carrier, capable of handling 20ft ISO containers loaded with 60,000 lbs of grain or other products, has been developed in Canada by Dory Tuvim, the founder and president of Montrealbased container depot operator, Marine Container Services, Inc (MCS).
