ClassNK awards world’s first notation for vessel using green steel
NewsClassNK granted the world’s first ‘a-EA (GRS)’ class notation to NYK’s bulk carrier Bright Queen, certifying its use of green steel to reduce GHG emissions.
Finland urges Arctic railway
StandardFinland is urging neighbouring Norway to construct a 550 km railway from Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland to the Norwegian Barents Sea port of Kirkenes. The main part of northern Finland and all of northern Norway currently have no railway connectivity.
